Our women's class is a community-focused class, open to women of all ages. We believe that fitness should be a way of life, not a list of goals to achieve, and that’s why our class is open to all women - not just athletes or extremely fit individuals. Our classes consist of functional training, Strength Training and Cardio. The perfect mix to help you achieve your lifestyle goals. At the end of every class you will have the chance to unwind and cool down with some warm lavender scent facial towels, while being served fresh fruit and specially made water. This is also a chance we use to encourage and motivate each other for the upcoming week!
