One of the most important elements to sustaining a high level of performance and exercise is active recovery, yet so many people lack doing it!  Taking time to purposely recover the body and mind is like taking the time to get your car serviced. You want to make sure your car is able to do its job at a high level of efficacy. Active recovery is to the body, what car service is to a car. Active recovery is the best preventative to injury when training. This allows you to get the most out of your training while avoiding any unnecessary stops in training.
