COURSE OVERVIEW

Phase 1: Prep

     The first phase is focused on preparing your mind and body to ensure you are equipped to finish the course. The first phase is the most important part of the course. Remember what you are trying to achieve: losing weight, living a healthy lifestyle all while eliminating stress.

Phase 3: Nutrition 

This month we will be focusing on your nutritional portion and making a lifestyle change to that area of your life while eliminating the stress. You will document exactly when and what you are putting into your body to see where you're doing great and where you may need to make some changes. We will use this to establish a routine that is best for you, then  you will  create habits that support your routine, and learn how to be mindful of your daily eating routine and habits to ensure you maximize the benefits of your nutritional intake.  The key to your success is prioritizing. You must remember that you can’t do everything. Either learn to delegate or schedule it for another time or let it go. You MUST do more with less!

 

Phase 2: Physical

     This phase is where the fun begins. You get to put all you’ve learned in the Prep Phase to work as we begin the physical portion of training. 

Remember this change is about YOU! It isn’t about your partner or spouse, kids, best friends, mom, etc. You must be at the center of every decision you make for your health journey. The key to your success is prioritizing. We will remind you of this as you complete the course. During this phase you will begin your physical workout plan that is designed for you to lose weight. Over time your workouts will increase in time & intensity. This phase is about finding a daily routine for you that allows you to get all your workouts in for each week, creating habits that support your workout plan, and learning to be mindful of your exercises and daily routine to ensure you get the most out of your workouts. 

Phase 4: Rest 

     This month we will be focusing on your rest  portion and making a lifestyle change to that area of your life while eliminating the stress. We will evaluate your sleep schedule and routine to examine what areas may need some help. We will use this to create the best rest schedule and routine to allow you to get maximum rest. Then  you will  create habits that support your rest routine, and learn how to be mindful of your rest and resting habits to ensure you maximize the benefits of it.
