Achieve the body you want. These classes focus on losing fat (Cardio: Boxing, Bikes, etc.) and toning and tightening the body (Lifting weights/resistance training). These classes are intense and upbeat. The energy is high and will push you to achieve more. If you have never lifted before, it is suggested to schedule a couple of 1-on-1 sessions before you join these classes.
Transform operates on a scheduled appointment basis for all private training sessions and thus requires a 24hour or more notice when canceling. The session will be paid in full for any cancelation notice under 24hrs.
