This class is 60 minutes of cardio, weight training & functional fitness that is used in highly effective, fun ways. It will get your heart pumping and sweat pouring as you improve your flexibility, endurance and strength. Each class is filled with exciting music and an amazing group of women with positive energy! At the end of each session you will enjoy a winddown from the workout with steamed lavender towels, fresh fruit and our specially made water as we encourage and empower each other for the upcoming week. Don't miss out! You are sure to leave the class feeling empowered and ready for the week to come.
Transform operates on a scheduled appointment basis for all private training sessions and thus requires a 24hour or more notice when canceling. The session will be paid in full for any cancelation notice under 24hrs.
