TRANSFORM: MIND, BODY & SPIRIT women's class is a community-focused class, open to women of all ages. We believe that fitness should be a way of life, not a list of goals to achieve, and that’s why our class is open to all women - not just athletes or extremely fit individuals. Our classes consist of functional training, Strength Training and Cardio. The perfect mix to help you achieve your lifestyle goals. At the end of every class you will have the chance to unwind and cool down with some warm lavender scent facial towels, while being served fresh fruit and specially made water. This is also a chance we use to encourage and motivate each other for the upcoming week!

Our uniquely specialized circuit trainings are tailored to those with busy lives & schedules. They are efficiently and effectively made for everyone of all fitness levels. These circuits are designed to burn fat, build strength & muscle as well as muscular endurance. 

With these classes you receive:

  • Goal Setting & Tracking

  • Private group for support, motivation, & community building.

  • Nutritional Guidance
