3 month Commitment

  • We are seeking those committed to change. If this is not you then that's OK. 

  • At then end of 3 months you will have the chance to renew your commitment.

Class Time:

Price:

  • 2 Sessions a Week 18.75/class

  • 3 Sessions a Week 16.75/class

Class Day & Times: 

  • Choose 1 of the 3 "Transformation Classes" to attend!

Monday/Wednesday/Friday

  • 6:00pm-7:00pm (Beginner Class)

 

Tuesday/Thursday​

  • 4:30pm-5:30pm (Advanced Class)

  • 6:30pm-7:30pm (Intermediate Class)

Saturday

  • 9:30am-10:30pm (All Levels)

    Our women's fitness group classes are unique to every season. They are built to use each season to your benefit, allowing you to enjoy your life the way you want to. Below are how the class seasons are broken down. Those who complete the whole process see the greatest results!

 

 

January-March:

  • Shed Winter weight

    • These workouts are aimed to trim off the fat while maintaining all the hard earned muscle you put on during the last three months. 

April-June:

  • Tone up for Summer (HIIT)

    • These workouts are aimed to tighten up those abs and glutes to go to show it all off this summer. Walk this summer with confidence and the body to go along with it. 

July-September:

  • Maintenance Time

    • These workouts are aimed to help you stay toned while enjoying your summer times fun. Why not have the time of your life while you look your best? You deserve it!

October-December:

  • Use Those Calories

    • These workouts are aimed to use thr extra holiday calories to build you QUALITY muscle for next year. Don't miss out on family fun this year!
